At PFPJewellery, we want your shopping experience to be smooth from checkout to delivery. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and handle your orders.
Processing Time
- All orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
- Orders placed after 3 PM GMT will be processed the following business day.
- While we may dispatch items on weekends, please note that delivery companies may not deliver on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- UK Shipping: We offer free standard shipping within the UK. Delivery usually takes 2–3 business days from the date of dispatch.
- If there are any unexpected delays, we will notify you as soon as possible. Under UK consumer law, if goods are not delivered within 30 days, you are entitled to a full refund.
Shipping Locations
- Currently, we ship to UK addresses only.
- We plan to expand to other regions in the future — stay tuned!
Order Tracking
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
- You can use this number to monitor your order’s progress via the courier’s website.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For UK orders, all taxes are included in the price at checkout.

If we expand internationally, customers will be responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred after shipping. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Items
- While we take care in packaging your orders, we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in transit by the courier.
- If your item is damaged or does not arrive, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@pfpjewellery.com. We will work with the courier to investigate and help resolve the issue.
- Customers may be eligible for a replacement or refund if the item is lost or arrives damaged, subject to the courier’s investigation and the UK Consumer Rights Act.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the item.
